The challenge:
It would not be to common phenomena to pack sensitive parts like aircraft structural assemblies for exports by ocean freight between continents. We were approached by a very renowned corporate for the packing and transportation of aircraft structural assemblies.

The Solution:
Our team of Engineers and Logistics personnel did a through product and process study and devised a packing solution. We prepared the first prototype packing and presented the solution to the client, which passed to the vigorous quality checks before it was approved. The project was well executed by our team to the best satisfaction of the client and it was the first ever export of such kind, which was successfully implemented.

Our team of skilled ground force with design engineers have continually improved on the process and product and have reduced the packing and transportation lead time from 5 weeks to 3 weeks yielding saving in resources for our client.
